Encarta je pognala MSN bot, ki odgovarja na vprašanja iz konteksta zbranega v tej enciklopediji. Ponudi nam tudi vpogled v samo enciklopedijo in njene članke. Vse kar morate storiti je, da pod svoje kontakte v MSNju vpišete naslov encarta@conversagent.com.
